Neil joined Scott Bros in 2003 as a JCB Operator, bringing with him extensive experience in civil engineering and a broad range of plant and vehicle operating skills. His expertise spans everything from excavators to grab wagons, making him a highly versatile and valued member of the team.

Over the years, Neil’s knowledge, leadership, and practical experience have led to him taking responsibility for the company’s Civil Engineering department. Working alongside a skilled and experienced team, he oversees the successful delivery of a wide range of civil engineering projects, including drainage, tarmac surfacing, concrete works, fencing, and other associated groundworks.
