Gesrid Desira

Gesrid started with Scott Bros in 2008 as a Machine Operator in our Grangetown Recycle Centre. Hailing from Malta with a family background in Construction, his personal skills were soon recognised and he became manager of the Grangetown Site, and manager of both Recycling Centre’s soon after; his ingenuity being critical to the running of the company. In more recent years, Gesrid has overseen the development of the Haverton Hill recycling centre, helping to reduce what is sent to landfill, and recycling over 80% of all the waste that is taken in at both sites.
