Charlie Coates

Charlie first joined Scott Bros on work experience at the age of 15. Her excellent communication skills, professionalism, and approachable manner quickly made her a natural fit for a Receptionist and Office Administrator role, which she officially began in 2004 at the age of 16.

During her early years with the company, Charlie gained valuable experience across multiple departments, including Accounts and Transport, before becoming the full-time Receptionist while continuing to support the Accounts team. In 2010, she moved into the Accounts Department on a permanent basis, where she now manages all sales invoicing across the Scott Bros group of companies, alongside her responsibilities as Office Manager.

Committed to her professional development, Charlie gained her HGV Class 2 licence in 2014. Since late 2023, she has been studying towards her Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), further strengthening her knowledge and expertise within the transport sector.
